7 tips on successfully opening a multilet property. This little list is an essential part of pre and post opening of a new site.  

There are lots of things to get ready before you unleash a new or refurbished space to your customers. We have to get utilities right, compliance needs to be covered off and the physical space needs to be ready, but we often forget some of the proactive things we need to do to make the process of selling the space that little bit easier.

Here are 7 things that are a little bit different to the normal opening list that make sales smoother and quicker. We have learnt these over the years from opening a number of multilet & flexible space locations and trying to figure out how to get them occupied and making money as quickly and smoothly as possible.
